Whether you are an experienced investor or relatively new to investing in commercial property we will certainly be able to help.
For experienced investors we have access to some very unique investment opportunities; these range from development sites through to large commercial portfolios. Sourcing investment opportunities through RMproperties.co.uk is a reliable way of getting access to unique and highly attractive investments without going through large chains of agents and excessive commissions.
Investing through Joint Ventures
Joint Ventures provides a means to invest in higher value commercial properties through partnering with another investor. We have a number of investors who are seeking JV partnerships to fund acquisitions, if this is something you are interested in please contact us.
Syndicated Investments
For smaller investors this is often a route to acquiring a stake in higher value quality commercial properties. Depending on the size of the investment syndicates can extend to 10 or more participants. We have many investors seeking syndicate partners, supported by specialist commercial lawyers to put in place the appropriate investment vehicle for participants. If you are interested in syndicated investments please contact us.
Commercial Property SIPPs
With our partners we provide a complete service for investing in commercial properties using SIPPs.
As a first step we will arrange for you to have a free consultation with a specialist pensions IFA to review your situation and opportunities for investing in commercial property.
A service is then provided to source a commercial property based on your criteria, this can be anything from a small retail or office property in your local area through to a share of a syndicated purchase.
Once you have accepted the property for investment the SIPP is established with funding prepared including any commercial financing required (subject to your SIPP lending limits).
The property is then acquired within your SIPP and the property management initiated via a retained third party company.
