We have a large number of investors, some with access to 8 figure funds, seeking investment in UK commercial property. Where required we also setup (using our legal firm partners) the investment vehicle to purchase using a JV or syndicate, this gives as a wider range of opportunities to match buyers to any particular investment opportunity - providing of course it is priced to sell.
You can also be assured that RMproperties.co.uk does not work with extended chains of agents. On the few occassions where we do not have a buyer for a specific property we only use selected and reputable partners to select the end buyer. For us our reputation is key, we want your repeat business!
